Original Christmas Music from 12 Stone Church
Posted By Matt Fagioli on December 14th, 2008
I can’t get this song out of my head! (and that’s a good thing).
I’ve been part of 12 Stone Church now for about 8 years. The incredible music was the first thing to draw me there. It was really great back then and it’s just gotten better & better every year since then. Particularly the original music that’s written & produced by the worship team lead by Chris Morgan.
This one was written by Dustin Ah Kuoi

This year 12 Stone is doing something really cool for Christmas to show God’s love in the community. You can find out more about it at InspireShareGive.com
Real Estate Prices Rising in Duluth Georgia?
Posted By Matt Fagioli on December 14th, 2008
Something interesting is going on with residential real estate in Duluth (the one here in Georgia). Things are all doom & gloom all around the country in terms of resale values, # days on market for real estate listings, foreclosure rates and pretty much every other statistic you can measure. In fact, all around Gwinnett there are some rough numbers to report.
Yet, a quick look at our data overview page on this site shows something very interesting. While prices have steadily declined in Buford, Lilburn, Dacula, Norcross, Lawrenceville - and everywhere else for that matter - average sales prices in Duluth have risen

So, updates on the 4.5% Mortgages?
Posted By Lane Bailey on December 13th, 2008
Honestly, no. There isn’t even an official plan up for comment. Right now I would rank it with “vaporware”. And the rates might get there themselves… or they might not.
As I glanced at the rates a moment ago, 30 year conventionals were ticking at

Suwanee Real Estate Feature in Sunday’s AJC Home Section
Posted By DeWayne Davis, Suwanee Realtor on December 12th, 2008
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution is featuring Suwanee, Georgia in this Sunday’s edition of the Homes section with an article by Helen Cauley. As part of her research, Ms Cauley conducted interviews with the mayor and other city staff members as well as some long-time residents. In order to get some basic information on the real estate market, Ms Cauley was directed to me as both a resident and realtor right in the heart of Suwanee’s Town Center Park with growing friendships with many of the city’s staff members.
The article primarily draws attention to the tremendous growth and changes that have taken place over the
past several years in Suwanee, and how the growth has been well planned around the the attraction and amenities which brought people to Suwanee in the first place. Buyers are finding great deals in the homes for sale in Suwanee and the surrounding areas, because the city’s other attractions such as great schools, parks, greenway trails and a thriving civic community spirit continue to grow in value.

Where To Have a Business Meeting in Gwinnett
Posted By Matt Fagioli on December 12th, 2008
I got an email this morning from an acquaintance about meeting space in Gwinnett. She wanted to find a quality meeting space in North Gwinnett that was low cost (with wifi)
Of course, I shot her back an email right away to brag about Gibraltar Executive Suites and their new Mill Meeting Place Business Club concept. With their new business club, you get most of the great benefits of a full-time office suite at a super low cost. (only $100/mo)
Here’s some of the features:
Hamilton Mill Location
- Membership card with unique number
- Access to club areas/building from 8:00am-8:00pm Monday-Friday
- Access to color/b&w copies, scans and faxes using your unique number
- WIFI all club areas
- Use of Quiet Room or laptop lane
- Coffee/Beverage Bar at no charge
- Use of “closing offices”
- Concierge services & meeting setups
- Ability to check out a key for an office on an hourly rate at a 20% discount
- Access to book and use training and conference rooms at a 20% discount
I’ve been a self-employed entrepreneur for almost 20 years now (it sucks getting old). But, my point is that I’m very budget conscious when it comes to things like monthly rent, meeting fees & other small business overhead. As soon as someone says “Executive Suites” to me, I immediately start thinking “too much money per month for one small office”.
Gibraltar has really met those presumptions & stereotypes head on with their brand new meeting facilities at Hamilton Mill. In fact, Diamond Dwellings was so excited about the concept that we moved our corporate offices to Gibraltar a few months back. We can’t say enough about the quality of the facility, the staff, the internet connection - just the whole deal.
Gibraltar certainly has full time / full service executive suites too. So, if that’s what you need you’ll find some very affordable choices here.
If you’re looking for a high-quality / low-cost office space in Gwinnett, this is a great fit.
