‘Tis the season when real estate agents in Atlanta and all over the country are evaluating their current brokerage and asking themselves “what should I do next year” & “does my broker have the tools I need”. At Diamond Dwellings, we’re really excited about that. We are actively recruiting agents and brokers in many markets around Atlanta and throughout the southeast (in selected markets). It’s our “busy season” for talking to agents & brokers about the uniqueness of the Diamond Dwellings model. We want to jump start your business into 2009 and help you grow - in a season where others are retreating.
I guess I could have said “calling ALL agents” but we really aren’t doing that. We’re only looking for GREAT agents & great brokers. We’re looking for Great People. Diamond Dwellings is a place where we really care deeply about the character & integrity of our agents and everyone else on the team. We walk AND talk our mission statement. We drive for results with a Christ centered world view.
Most brokerage models are about “BIG”. Yet it’s very clear that big doesn’t work any more. The days of the big brokerage are coming to an end in favor of a small & nimble “guerilla marketing” style of brokerage. Boutique brokerages leveraging the power of internet marketing will win the day in the “new economy”. Diamond Dwellings is all about boutique brokerage. More accurately, Diamond Dwellings is a model for a multitude of boutique brokerages.

We started in 2006 with one small office in Dacula, Ga (northeast suburb of Atlanta). That small office was initially centered on Hamilton Mill, a 2400+ home golf community. In the last few years we have developed the Diamond Dwellings model Since then expanded our focus into several other hyper-local markets in both Georgia & Florida. Diamond Dwellings is a franchise. BUT, we’re a “franchise for those who don’t like franchises”:) We provide all the benefits of a franchise (like powerful websites/blogs/signage/print/etc) without the hassles of traditional franchise models. We’ve created a repeatable model for building boutique brokerages (and boutiques are usually quite small). Our program is based on a web 2.0 focused marketing strategy that creates real brand penetration into very specific target markets.
The Diamond Dwellings “way” is based on proven, time-tested sales & marketing processes. But, the secret sauce is DEEP implementation.
