For the last 12+ years, people have asked about the opportunity to buy a lot in Hamilton Mill and then build their own house (or bring their own builder). It’s always been nearly impossible to get it done (except for a very few super-inside deals with builders, etc). Out of 2300+ homes I can only think of a few that we’re not sold through the “normal” sales process – to include the completed home and commissions, etc.

The lot walking distance to the millview amenities and it is right near the Hamilton Mill Golf Club entrance too.
