Diamond Dwellings announces the new “What IF?” Realty solution

Diamond Dwellings announced today that it has launched a new flat fee, customer assisted listing service called “What IF?” Realty. The new company will initially serve the market in Atlanta, Ga. as well as selected sites in Florida. Matt Fagioli, Chief Evangelist & Operating Broker at Diamond Dwellings says “We’ve launched something here that is totally in line with the market! It certainly provides a tool for many customers in this slower market condition, but it also addresses the big picture changes in the business with it’s enphasis on the sophisticated, on-line consumer world of 2007 and beyond”. Diamond Dwellings will incubate the new venture from it’s headquarters in Dacula, Ga.
